THE GENESIS OF THE ONE CONFERENCE

What began as a passion project for Avi evolved into a transformative initiative for the real estate industry. In 2022, Avi started conversations with like-minded principals, expressing concern over how the industry had become overly combative. These discussions struck a chord with his peers, and together, they resolved to foster unity and collaboration within the field.

The vision was clear: meaningful change would not happen overnight. Instead, it required collective effort and inspiration. Avi and his team drew motivation from the incredible leaders within their networks, as well as innovative companies in proptech and others supporting the real estate industry.

Avi Khan is the CEO of Ray White AKG, based in Brisbane. With a deep passion for nurturing exceptional talent and building large companies, Avi has cultivated an ecosystem that now employs over 200 people across three states in Australia and three countries globally. His visionary leadership has not only driven remarkable growth but has also fostered a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and excellence. Avi’s ability to identify and mentor emerging talent has been instrumental in creating a team that consistently achieves outstanding results.
